General Terms and Conditions (GTC) 

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all seminars, workshops, and courses offered by the We.Do.Dent Academy, operated by We.Do.Dent MVZ GmbH.

By registering for a seminar, participants agree to these terms.

 

 

2. Registration and Contract Formation

Registration for seminars of the We.Do.Dent Academy can be made via the website or by email.

The contract for participation becomes effective once the registration has been confirmed by the organizer.

Participation places may be limited. Registrations will be considered in the order received.

 

 

3. Participation Fees

Participation fees are stated in the respective seminar description.

All prices are stated in Euro unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be made within the specified period before the seminar begins.

 

 

4. Cancellation by Participants

Participants may cancel their registration in writing.

Depending on the time of cancellation, the following fees may apply:

• up to 30 days before the event: free cancellation

• 29–14 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee

• less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the participation fee

Participants may nominate a substitute participant at any time.

 

 

5. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars of the We.Do.Dent Academy due to insufficient participant numbers, illness of the speaker, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participation fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

 

 

6. Liability

The organizer is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Participation in practical training components takes place at the participant’s own responsibility.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All seminar materials, presentations, and course content of the We.Do.Dent Academy are protected by copyright.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written consent of the organizer.

 

 

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be processed exclusively for the organization and administration of seminars in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
